I love Sephora! I generally I shop online, but today I was in the area . I had the best experience despite it being the holiday season. Rebecca is one amazing beauty expert! I need to shop here more often just for her expertise, and client experience.
I had a great experience with an employee named Janet. I went to Sephora to get color-matched after several bad experiences with Ulta. Janet used their color match machine. She listened to me about my skin type and concerns. She listened to me about my preferences and budget. Janet found me my perfect shade match and even suggested some skincare. I was skeptical about the skincare but it actually ended up being an excellent product that helped my rosacea flare up.
Thank you Carol for an amazing service. My makeup looked gorgeous for the Pink concert. I got exactly what I wanted and more.Amanda thanks for the help in picking out amazing lashes to compliment my look. This team is always so informative and helpful.
