It is very difficult to speak to someone from main office in Pasadena, Tx. Once you speak with someone they are very helpful and friendly but it can take more than a day for them to actually answer a call.
Never call after 4 or 4;30 they will put you on hold until 5 then send you to voicemail. I’m very disappointed in service 9 out 10 time I can never reach a supervisor, because I’m giving the wrong number or sent to my field manager. Voice Mail .
I have been apart of Elara care for a short while now and it’s been such and easy smooth process christian M is always a phone call or text away anytime I have a question or anything she’s pretty awesome !!
