My story turned from a nightmare to a dream with Economy AC & Heating. American Home Shield assigned them to us and I can tell you, Dana, was nothing short of amazing. She listened to me, heard what was going on and immediately took action and helped us when NO ONE else would. I would recommend this place a thousand times over and over. Dana takes charge, runs that business well and actually cares about people.The installers were very nice, polite and respectful. I just want to say thank you to Dana in the office who was very nice and helpful and Mike for coming out and immediately finding the issue and fixing it. He also checked out our system.... now I am on Economy's preventive service schedule.....I am very satisfied that you got my system up and running so fast. My AC quit working on Thursday. Called the warranty company and was told Economy would be the repair company. Less than 24 hours they had the issue resolved! They were polite, concerned, and punctual.
