5660 Lamar Rd #105, Paris“Beyond impressed with Economy AC & Heating!
Huge shoutout to Mike and Dana for going above and beyond. Our AC went out late at night, and we were expecting to deal with the heat until morning—but they showed up after 9PM and got straight to work.
That kind of dedication is rare.
Professional, efficient, and straight to the point—no runaround, just honest, high-quality work. You can tell they truly care about taking care of their customers and getting the job done right.
In a world where good service is hard to find, Mike and Dana proved it still exists. They didn’t just fix our AC—they showed what real customer service looks like.
If you need AC work done, this is who you call. Customer for life right here.“

“Chris came out and gave an estimate to replace our old heat pump. He was very professional and gave me 3 estimates before he left the property. Paris AC is not the cheapest. I decided to go with them because I wanted an American Standard unit, offered a more through quote vs the competition, how long the company had been in business, their ratings and a promotional discount.
Paris AC ordered the unit the next day and came to install within 4 business days. Installation for the AC went fine but the heat kept blowing the circuit breaker so they were unable to resolve that issue.
They had installed a unit that required a 60 amp circuit breaker for the heat strips vs the old system used a 30 amp circuit breaker. I called Paris the following day and discussed with Josh the issue and requested to downsize the heat strips from 10 kilowatts to 5. They said that they could do that and sent out a technician that afternoon.
Once they made the 5 min change, no more issues with the circuit breaker. Would I use them again - YES.
My only suggestion is that if they are recommending higher electrical requirements, they should discuss that with the customer ahead of time to ensure there are no surprises during the installation process.“
