As far as VA facilities go, this was a very positive experience. I had lab work done, and the staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They even took the time to assist me with completing the necessary forms for future appointments.
Parking was convenient, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire process was quick and efficient. I was in and out with very little waiting. Thank you to everyone for providing excellent care and outstanding customer service. It is greatly appreciated.

Usually pretty good. But when I called, an operator picked up, then immediately hung up the phone. I called back, and they just let the phone ring after that. Not mad just disappointed in them 😢. If they fix the issue I'll change my review.
