Both Zach’s are awesome and so helpful. I felt confident I could do the exercises they showed me to do at home and having it on the app to keep me accountable was also great! I’m thankful to be able to continue doing what I love without fear of being in pain! Definitely go check them out!

I thought I was going for chiropractic care, but am grateful it turned out to be more rehab/physical therapy style care. I love chiropractors, but the airrosti had given me a more sustainable plan that I can continue on my own. It takes discipline to keep up with the stretches/exercises, but I believe this is overall better for my health and wallet. Dr Prather listened to my needs and created a plan that was effective for reducing my neck, shoulder, and arm pain by strengthening all associated muscles.
