“I had a new unit installed July 4, 2023 this year. We have had nothing but trouble getting the company to come back and find out what was wrong. I called Artic Air they came out and change the filter and told me that was what the problem was, my AC quit working again and I called Artic Air back and ask them if they could get me a quote to redo my entire AC and help me out. They never called me back nor did I ever get a quote. I went to the Facebook trading post and asked for recommendations and help And you guys were recommended a couple of times. We have a really good friend that also said you guys were amazing and so I put in a private message to you guys online. Shortly after I sent a message, you guys texted me and came out today and helped me out with my unit. I am so very thankful for you guys. You were very professional, you were here when you said he would be, and I know if I have any problems you will be back quickly, I will highly recommend you to my family and friends and thank you so very much. “Absolutely the best company we have ever worked with. We purchased a new home and with in days one of our air conditioners went out. I had several companies come out, but the moment artic air came out I knew they would be the best company to go with. They gave me options and different price points and explained the issues they found in both systems not just the one that quit working. Not to mention the price they quoted on one unit was almost half of one of the competitors. We also loved the equipment they carry, it has amazing warranties and is made in the US. We ended up replacing both units. Juan and Jeremiah both were amazing!! We will only be using artic air in the further for our air conditioning needs!!!“
