This is my second time using Harvey heat and air; I’ve been impressed everytime with both prices and service. Today Fidel came out and although a youngin was overly professional, polite, used great communication explaining things every step of the way. When your house breaks, it stinks and I think everyone worries about the cost and the unknown. Harvey’s team has always lightened the load of being a homeowner. Thanks team, I’ve been warm and cold even after hours!
I had a great experience with Harvey Heating and Air Conditioning. My technician, Fidel Ramirez, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to check the entire AC system in depth instead of just looking for a quick fix. He explained what he was checking, answered my questions, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving.

Fidel Ramirez my service technician was quick to diagnose and identify the problem with my outdoor unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the repair process in detail. My only complaint would be that when trying to utilize my 10 year manufacture warranty from Bryant, there was an issue utilizing my warranty.
