Had Robert and Joseph they were super friendly and so fast. I wasn’t expecting my issue to be resolved the same day I made a service call out. Highly recommend this company and these guys!
Heater went out at 11pm. Called Darville and got a tech out in the morning by 8am. Brandon took 5 minutes and had already found the issue and explained to me what the component does. Took about 10 minutes overall to remove and install new component! Great response time, great customer service, great quality work! Highly recommend Darville!
Dusty came to the house to run a whole new gas line due to a leak between the house and the meter. I was told that what was required by another company. Darville had better price for the replacement. Instead of just starting to dig, he actually started looking for the leak. He found that it was just a connection leaking close to the house. He made the repair and saved me a ton of money. Very professional and helpful instead of just trying to make an extra dollar, he made a loyal customer. Thanks for the help.
