“Robert and Miguel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable in that the job was going to be done with my family in mind and their safety. Was very affordable, I didn’t feel taken advantage of, as I had with other plumbing companies. My hotwater heater was extremely old and stopped working. Came, gave me a quote. Were very accommodating when i asked if they could remove the old one first while they went to the store so I’d have time to clean, dry the area as well as fix a few hole in the wall from previous owner. Called and advised me about the available of stock in the waterheaters and explained my options. Came back replaced and repaired everything up to code and mire convenien. Answered many questions i had about possible future projects as well as possible ways to save money for those project. As well as showed me a few thing i didn’t know on up keep. I have called them a few times over the past few years for much smaller things and everytime i have received the same care. I’ve recommended them many times and will continue. They have that dad and brother feel, that your truly being helped out in a time of need/ emergency expenses. And for that im thankful.“
