“My yorkie poodle of 18 years passed away 8/7/26. Dr. Rochell was a blessing to us. I could not hold Goochi. I was hurting too bad . He held Goochi tightly for me. They handled the entire process with the upmost care. I am so grateful. They returned Goochi back to me packaged very elegantly. His ashes were in a beautiful velvet bag with the saying until we meet again at the rainbow bridge. His paw print had a bow on it. They gave me his hair in a tulle bag with a bow and a small acrylic key chain with his hair in it. I was impressed they treated someone i loved with the upmost respect. From the start to the finish. The facility is very clean and the room we were in allowed us to mourn and go out a different way we came in. Thank you for making things easier for me.”
