Krum Veterinary Hospital is a highly recommended veterinary clinic that provides exceptional care to pets and their families. The hospital's veterinarians take the time to listen to pet owners' concerns, ask questions, and thoroughly examine their pets to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment options. They explain procedures and costs in detail, offering resources and support throughout the process. The staff is kind, compassionate, and understanding, making sure pet owners feel heard and comforted. They also allow owners to interact with their pets during treatment to keep them calm, and the rooms are large and comfortable. While prices may be slightly higher, the convenience of the location and the quality of care make it a worthwhile investment. The team is dedicated to providing top-notch care, and their genuine concern for the well-being of pets and their families sets them apart from other veterinary clinics.
First visit, off to a good start. Receptive to my concerns. I commented that it was overpriced, but that is just because vet prices in general are out of control. My pet had several shots, needed medications, and was put on specialty food. It was a lot of services and it was expensive, but probably not out of line with their competition.
Amazing staff!! We have a German Shepard/Belgian malinois mix, our last vet wouldn’t even touch him or try to get to know him (he looks scary, but he’s sweet). Doctor Lee and her team gave him treats and took the time to make him feel comfortable with them. They did a full exam on him with no problems! After the exam Doctor Lee sat and talked with me for about 30 minutes, answering any questions I had. Highly recommend them!! We will be going to them for all of our pets!!
First time coming to this veterinary and I loved them, it’s super close to home so it’s very convenient to continue to care for my dogs as best as possible! We came in for severe allergies on one of them and this was such immediate relief! Will continue to bring my pups here!!!
