When I’ve had to call in for whatever reason, I’ve always gotten the help I needed or received adequate follow up responses! “Fantastic staff and experience. 3.5 yo put a bean in his ear, realized late on a Sunday night. Called ahead and the receptionist checked to make sure they could treat him, and reserved us an appointment while I drove in. Check-in was easy, waiting room was large so we could space out. Got us into a room within 5 minutes. Nurse Ollie was so sweet with our kiddo, and the Dr. we saw was personable and professional. It was a team effort to flush out the bean with an uncooperative and upset kiddo, but they were all so patient and kind. They truly made a stressful, up-after-bedtime experience so much easier than I expected.“
