We had a pipe break in the house and it flooded nearly 2/3 of the house damaging both bathrooms, all the carpets, entire house laminate flooring, all the baseboards and many of the walls. This company is the top of the top tier! Veteran owned and run and it shows. Jeremy, Seth, Juan and their entire staff are pure professionals. Their attention to detail, organization, planning, administration, execution and thoroughness was top notch. They treated us amazingly throughout the entire process and managed the immediate mitigation limiting damage. Juan Mendez and his crew were amazing. Very knowledgeable and very detailed. Clean and organized. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Juan and his team have. Water damage is no joke. Thank Juan Menedez and his team.

New Armor was absolutely AMAZING! From the mitigation to the rebuild process, all the way though absolutely amazing! Juan and his crew were so through and quick with the mitigation. Jeremy helped us understand all of the insurance stuff and worked with our insurance on everything. Even our claims agent was blown away by how on top of things they were! The rebuild went so smooth, even with the pack out. The house is absolutely beautiful! Go with New Armor!
