Evan Ellison was great to work with. He helped me select the color, ventilation, roof accessories and have a plan for best and worst case scenario as I had a very old roof and a 1982 home. Well there was a lot more going on than met the eye which he suspected may be the case. It makes sense with the soffit repairs that had been needed over the years due to rotting wood. I watched the whole process and was educated every time an issue was found. I’m so thankful and lucky that I have not had water damage in my home to date only exterior damage that was repaired. I now have a very solid and beautiful roof. I could not be happier with the results!!! I only wish I would had gotten a roof inspection sooner!
