I actually was heading westbound on FM78 just a little while ago, and one of their people felt it was okay to tailgate me for several miles, often within just a couple of feet. Even when we slowed down going through Marion, past the clearly marked speed limit signs, including a school zone. But the cherry on top is when I put on my turn signal well in advance of making a left, they still had a near-miss due to how close they were. I've seen several other reviews referring to very unprofessional behavior from your people, so at least it seems you're consistent with that.
I have had a perry home for over 2years and have been having a lot of issues with my ac ( my fault didn't know of the filter ) but the ladies in the office were so polite every time I called, I appreciate when people in the service industry actually listen to you and help you with your issues which is what Ms. Sabrina did exponentially! After a week later i requested to sign up for their maintenance plan and i got Ms. Hannah and she signed me up and explained all the details I needed to maintain my unit with their help thank you casa for being consistent.
Just bought a new build home (David Weekley) awesome builder but just like anything else things can break at any time for any reason. Put in a warranty request for the AC for a concern I had and I got sent Jimmy (Santiago). All I can say is, AWESOME GUY! He really knew his stuff with 20+ years of experience and patience to teach me as he went through every part of what he was checking. He even caught some things that was not requested for the warranty check but would have lead to a warranty request anyways. He was very thorough, great attention to detail and very kind.
