Karl came out to repair the water dispenser in my refrigerator. He discovered it was blocked by a piece of ice and worked on it until the ice melted and the water was running through the dispenser! He was diligent and so very patient. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it.

During our initial phone call, Karl took the time to understand exactly what was going on with my LG washing machine and then scheduled a visit to repair the leak. During the repair visit, he also diagnosed and subsequently repaired a balancing problem with the spin cycle. I appreciated the fact that he explained the problems and what options I had to correct them.
