Another found a weak cat in the backyard; after tests showed it was healthy, no charge was made. Dr. Beth Burgin and the team treated a cat with the utmost care and compassion, thoroughly explaining all treatment options. A dog with stubborn bug bites was fixed up quickly and gently. Even a dog with severe anxiety who hated the vet did really well with Dr. Burgin and Katie; the exam was gentle yet thorough. Clients call them the best vet in Murphy.
Absolutely LOVE this husband and wife team! They explain everything to you in great detail and you can tell that they genuinely love animals and want to help them.
I am so mindblown by this vet experience. I had a really magical onboarding process where right after I booked, I got a call from a very thoughtful and knowledgeable woman working the front desk on any follow-ups she needed. After our visit, we got a really thoughtful and personalized email from the vet sending me a visit summary so I was clearly informed every step of the way. And a day later got a curated text checking in on my pup. I'm just so blown away by how thoughtful and on top of it this clinic is, absolutely have made a loyal customer out of us. We are a multi-senior-dog family and obtaining the best veterinary care for them is our top priority. Having a new clinic led by a couple with strong veterinary experience and passion in specialized areas of practice including acupuncture and oral care has been the best addition to our community and our dogs have been benefited tremendously from their care.
Our pups are fearful and require a little extra TLC; everyone at the office including practice manager, front desk associate, and vet techs have been so sweet, friendly and patient.
