Her and her Mom Cathy were AMAZING! We were welcomed with smiles and sodas. Emmie was so gentle as she pierced my teenage daughter’s third piercings. We went ahead and pierced her helix as well. Once we were done and went to check out they printed a Certificate of Bravery! She thought that was so cute! When we purchased the earrings and cleaning solution they also gave her makeup samples. Cathy and Emmie went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! Hands down the best customer service ever have had in long time! We will definitely be back!“
