“Amazing shop + phenomenal service!! My piercings are 3 months out from healing (pierced at a different studio in another city) and one night I overtightened them on accident + woke up with the piercing backing wedged into my lobe (leaving me fairly panicked lol), found BioLab studio via solid google reviews + their site stating that they specialize in piercing / healing issues + aftercare, and gave them a shot - they truly do live up to their claims and I am forever grateful to now know of this studio's existence!!

I filled out the online waitlist (the first service option listed literally being helping with piercing healing / aftercare), got called back by one of the staff members (I wish I could remember her name - such a kind person!), and she swiftly identified the problem + got the backing removed, got my ear cleaned up and the piercing reset with a fresh backing all while talking me through every single step of the process to make sure I knew what was happening and when, as well as talking me through aftercare options and answering all my questions + concerns before heading home. She fully listened and respected me during the experience, including immediately stopping the second I called for pause to take a moment to breathe through the pain before continuing during the backing removal.

12/10 experience all the way around - this studio seems extremely well-educated in the nuances of piercing styles / jewelry / healing issues and remedies / etc., they care about what they're doing and respect who the folks they're working with, my lobe is now fully healed from that incident and looking beautiful with no issues, and I absolutely plan to come back for whenever I swap to new jewelry + for any future piercings I get!! “I came in today as a walk-in for a spontaneous belly button piercing after finding this shop online and I’m so glad I did!!!!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely lady with such cool vibes. I even got to chat with another customer while waiting, which made the experience even nicer.
Tim did my piercing, and he was amazing! Super knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The whole process was quick with little to no pain at all. Just a heads-up, they only take cash, but there’s an ATM inside which is super convenient.

“I had such a great experience here! I got my nostril and mid-helix pierced by Bianca and she was absolutely wonderful, professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. When I came back a month later with a small piercing bump, she took the time to check it and put on a healing disc for me. The prices for the jewellery are very affordable, and the care they put into making sure your piercings heal well is amazing. Highly recommend this place and especially her if you’re thinking about getting a piercing!“
