Always so helpful in helping both my mom and I find exactly what we need. Love to browse their boutique - they always have a "MUST HAVE" item for me. Super friendly and an excellent boutique experience every time.
Recommended by my pediatrician for ear piercing. I took my 7 month old yesterday, drove 40+ minutes (and past other Merle Norman locations), and boy am I glad we did! The manager does all infants and they were all so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful experience-THANK YOU!
A woman that works there named Anna, went above and beyond to help me. I never taught myself how to do makeup and wanted to try Merle Norman cosmetics. Anna definitely took time to explain, find out what my likes/dislikes are and was extremely understanding. Such a welcoming place and remarkable customer service!
