I bought a brand new home in Bentwater in 2016. We had an electrical surge which blew out a capacitor and the Carrier a/c began performing inadequately after only 7 years. The previous contractor did not register the unit. Consequently, our warranty was only 5 years as opposed to 10 years and the unit was out of warranty. Called Blake's A/C and Heating, as we have been using them for bi-yearly maintenance. Kyle is the son of the owner Pam Kubicek. They are a breath of fresh air! Kyle is a stickler for perfection! Our A/C blower went out so we explored recommendation from the Nextdoor AP. I called I thought had the best reviews and was shocked with the pricing (wow !) so I called the next best, Blake’s A/C. Pam was very responsive and got right after it by locating a new blower part and provided a quote to replace the part. If it wasn’t for the weekend (Sunday - Parts Warehouse close) it would have been fixed the same day. Technician Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable.
