Excellent quality roof, efficient install, reasonably priced. But the main reason you should hire this company, and no one else, is Kathy Stewart. Your insurance company will repeatedly lie to you + stall, and Kathy will be there at every step of the way to call them on their B.S. and get you your money. She handled the entire claims process, we hardly had to do anything. I miss the America we used to live in where there were more people like Kathy.
Kathy Stewart, Michael, & their staff are exceptional. They put a new roof on my house. Kathy went above & beyond to get us approved with insurance & to get us the most money to help that she could. She believes in, practices, & knows what true customer service is. Love this company & love the people.
This company did a roof check for the home and I live in to make sure everything was all right after several storms. As it turns out, everything is fine at this time and I was impressed that I got a truthful assessment of what did or didn’t need to be done because I know that’s not always the case. They were selected to check the roof mainly because I have known them for years and know that they are truthful and honest.
