David independently discovered a manufacturing defect in the shingles on our four-year-old roof. It was such an unusual issue that even he had to take the time to research it further to be sure. He then went above and beyond to gather the information needed to support and win our claim, and the manufacturer ultimately paid for an entirely new roof. Our previous roofer flew a drone over our roof and said all was fine! 🤨 I'm thankful David uncovered the issue while our roof was still under full warranty.
