White Star Roofing - Roofing Services

I am happy with the roof repair done by Carlos and his team at White Star Roofing.
Today was the first good rain since they repaired my leaking roof. So far, so good! I do not see any water that came into my house today.
Carlos and his team came out and did the work shortly after I called them and completed the roof repair, roof tune up and repaired the ceiling and the wall affected by the leak in two days time. They also stand behind their work. I would give them a thumbs-up recommendation for any of your roofing needs.

I’m a returning customer for the second time in five years since the pandemic (2020), and once again I reached out to Carlos for a small-to-medium repair project involving vent boots, damaged flashing, and loose shingles. Carlos and his team arrived promptly, went straight to work, and completed the job within one hour.

Working with White Star Roofing has always been a positive experience. They are trustworthy, transparent, and provide photo evidence to clearly explain the nature of the repairs. Their quotes are fair and competitive, reflecting both the quality of materials used and the solid craftsmanship delivered.

Repaired a leak for me however months later it leaked again. Called for the warranty. There was a little lag In communication as Beryl had just passed and contractor was busy. Eventually we got on the same page and contractor came and corrected the problem. He is a man of his word. Contractor offered a refund if it leaks again. Only time will tell. Thank you!
