My wife became ill overnight and required urgent care. We recently discovered this new Memorial Hermann Urgent Care facility in our local travels and decided to go there for this urgent need. We found the location to be conveniently near our home, and it is new and very clean. We registered an appointment online before arriving to the clinic and simply signed in upon arrival, with assistance from the desk staff. The staff was welcoming and professional, and it was shortly after checking in that service began. We recommend this location for urgent care needs.

Wonderful experience! My daughter was sick and the staff was very attentive and empathetic. They were very prompt with little to no wait time. Also, we appreciated the professionalism and great bedside manner of the staff and physician. We felt very comfortable, heard, & seen.
