I updated my stars - after a terrible first encounter, customer support reached out to me and the next visits has been great. My husband needed to be seen at the NLUC Sienna clinic 08/01/2023. We arrive at the clinic at 0700pm everyone was super welcoming and kind. Check in process was a breeze, even as a walk in with no appointment, in less than five minutes we were already in a room. Latravia Chima was our tech and she was fantastic. She took the time to discuss the reason for our visit and was super kind. Zachary Oltman was our PA that was seeing us. He has the best bedside manner and never made us feel rushed.
