The clinic offers primary, pediatric, and OB/GYN care, along with laboratory, diagnostic, and pharmacy services all under one roof. The staff is great, and the front desk staff are helpful. The clinic has a multitude of scheduling options, including 24/7 scheduling. The medical team, including doctors and medical assistants, are exceptional, providing outstanding hospitality and attentive care. The clinic is clean, and the wait time is not long. The receptionist is very nice and greets patients with a smile. Patients are very satisfied with their choice of choosing Kelsey-Seybold Clinic | Sienna, and the clinic accepts most insurance plans. The team is polite, and some staff members, including a medical assistant and a nurse, are particularly notable for their kindness and patience.
I love this office my primary care doctor has a professional bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable and make it a point to get to know her patients. Hats off to Dr. Nadya Alibhai
Kelsey staff is great. I transitioned from WellMed with my care team. It's good to have the same team I started with but the front desk staff are just as helpful. I enjoy not having to find a specialist because everything you need is right there. Thanks for making things so easy.
Dr. Ninan is an exceptional physician who provided outstanding hospitality and took ample time during my appointment. I truly felt welcomed and appreciated the effort he made to engage in meaningful conversation with his patients. His professionalism, kindness, and attentive care make him a truly remarkable doctor, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a positive medical experience.
Also, I would like to also point out that the medical assistant was very patient. She answered all my questions too and helped me with my physical. I unfortunately wasn’t able to catch her name but she is a great medical assistant.
