Stopped by for a physical because their website says they take walk-ins. I arrive at 10am and the door was locked. I call and a young lady answers the phone. I ask if they are open and she simply says “We’re not”…..no further explanation. No signs on the door stating so AND their website says they are open. My people gotta do better.

The whole experience was terrible. I sought the clinic out in hopes of enrolling in their weight loss services. I was told one thing on the phone when I got there I was completely dismissed and misinformed. I was told to return when a certain medication came into stock because that was the only one I qualified for, so I set my appointment 2 weeks out. I came back and paid $120 under the impression of I was going to start the program that day based off what was told to me at the last appointment.Only to get there , pay , wait in a waiting room for over 30 minutes just to be told I don’t qualify for either. I’m fixing to have to change my doctor altogether Dr. Shirl is really sweet. On the business side it’s really unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get my medicine 2 days now waiting on the doctors office to “ok” it & still nothing. Hopefully I don’t have an asthma attack being that I can’t get my medicine for whatever reason the doctors office hasn’t had time to give the pharmacy the “ok”. I’ve been coming here for years now & at it first I loved this place now im currently searching for a new doctor. This is ridiculous. I talked to the front desk yesterday 12/15 & she told me the doctor would do it from home if need be. Here it is a whole new day...read full review
