Based on the provided reviews, Mission Regional Medical Center has an excellent service, great communication, and caring employees from the lobby to the medical team. The staff is outstanding, very attentive, professional, and caring, answering all questions in detail and accommodating patients with the services they needed. Everybody is very kind, providing a good response and taking care of patients right away. The ER staff provides attentive care, with special thanks to the night CNA and day RN for their care and attention to detail. One reviewer noted the registration staff worked very hard to get a doctor’s referral expedited, and the technician gave a painless shot, explained procedures, and made the patient calm and comfortable with good jokes. Another reviewer appreciated being in and out of the ER in about three hours, calling it the best on top of the kindness.
I got to say I spend 2 nights with my mom on the 5th floor. The staff that looked after her were wonderful. THANK YOU, for your kindness and empathy. Unfortunately there was a very rude nurse in the ER. I was in a hurry and didn't get his name. Yes Tuesday night guy with glasses and a beard . If you read this have compassion for people that come to see their love ones and don't be rude communications should be a priority.
I went in to get an ultrasound of my spleen. The staff was very courteous and professional. All the staff was very friendly and I will be going back when a get a referred to get work done.
Mission Regional Medical Center is a GREAT place to go with your emergencies. You are treated with great respect and the facility is super clean. Everyone is super polite and accommodating. Even bringing me coffee (good coffee) at 3:00 a.m. Great med center to go to!
