The staff is outstanding, very attentive, professional, and caring, answering all questions in detail and accommodating patients with the services they needed. Everybody is very kind, providing a good response and taking care of patients right away. The ER staff provides attentive care, with special thanks to the night CNA and day RN for their care and attention to detail. One reviewer noted the registration staff worked very hard to get a doctor’s referral expedited, and the technician gave a painless shot, explained procedures, and made the patient calm and comfortable with good jokes. Another reviewer appreciated being in and out of the ER in about three hours, calling it the best on top of the kindness.
Norma who works in registration worked very hard to get my doctor’s referral expedited. Then Ray, the technician, gave me the nuclear shot and it didn’t hurt a bit. He also helped get me in early since another patient didn’t show up. The imaging part was easy peasy as Ray explained all the procedures, made me calm and comfortable, and even told a few good jokes to pass the time.Thanks Norma and Ray!

Everybody was very kind they took care of me right away and the doctor did his best to try and fix my problem I appreciate the kindness and a good response of your staff doctors and nurses I want to take this time to say thank you to everybody at the ER expected to be there for hours was there for about three that was the best on top of the kindness thank you very much James wisdom
