“I got to say I spend 2 nights with my mom on the 5th floor. The staff that looked after her were wonderful. THANK YOU, for your kindness and empathy. Unfortunately there was a very rude nurse in the ER. I was in a hurry and didn't get his name. Yes Tuesday night guy with glasses and a beard . If you read this have compassion for people that come to see their love ones and don't be rude communications should be a priority.“

He ensured all my questions were answered and genuinely made me feel like my concerns were heard. I was in and out in 30 minutes, even with having to fill out new patient paperwork.
