I had a really bad experience at another salon where the lady cut all my hair off and left me an ugly pixie mullet and I know I needed to get it fixed. I was scared and not hopeful to come to this salon despite the amazing reviews because of how I trusted another salon with good reviews and ended up with all my hair cut off. But I was proved wrong. Cruz listened and understood me. She told me assured me that she would do her best and calmed me. she would ask and show me before doing anything so I wouldnt feel scared. Trish is absolutely the best! I’d been looking for a new stylist for a while and decided to book with her after reading all the great reviews—and I’m so glad I did. TRUST THE REVIEWS! Trish is amazing with color. She gave me a beautiful, natural-looking ash tone and explained everything I need to know about maintaining it.
