“I wasn’t satisfied with my hair and the tangled fuzzy human hair, so she told me that she would redo the front for free with different hair that I purchased so I wouldn’t have anything to say about the hair texture or it irritating my skin. The look of the hair I chose was more of what I was expecting and the new style of the braids were exactly like the picture. I was very happy about that. I didn’t put five stars because I had to do the back of my hair and the whole reason why I pay to get my hair done is so I don’t have to do it. But I get why she didn’t want to redo the whole thing for free and I didn’t want to pay another $120.“
