I was scared and not hopeful to come to this salon despite the amazing reviews because of how I trusted another salon with good reviews and ended up with all my hair cut off. But I was proved wrong. Cruz listened and understood me. She told me assured me that she would do her best and calmed me. she would ask and show me before doing anything so I wouldnt feel scared.
