Called her on my lunch for a last minute booking and she got me in when I got off work same day, Talk about flexible! Sometimes I fall asleep during my appointments, from how soothing, relaxing, and trust worthy she is. I know I’m in good hands every time, she never misses! I’ve also never told her directly what exactly I wanted as I’m fairly new to this and have little experience and knowledge but thanks to joys care and intelligence I leave happy, every single time! Book with joy I promise she’ll have you right for your girls, anniversary, and random vacations like me! She might actually be able to read minds, after one appointment I booked with her a few months later hoping to get something a little more and she did it without me even saying a peep! Super fast efficient, effective and beautiful work. These have lasted me longer than any other service I have received elsewhere. She’s also very observant, added eyebrow and lip waxing right on the spot despite me booking less than 4 hours prior.“

“Thinking permanent cosmetics? Call Alba. She is an absolute artist. First I got my eyebrows done. She made sure it didn’t hurt and she did a great job! Then I decided to get upper & lower eyeliner. When we were deciding what to do, what color, etc. she said she could make me look any way I wanted. Well, the very best I’ve ever looked was my wedding day, because someone besides me did my makeup. It was low-key, but fairly complex (for me anyway). So I found one of my wedding pictures on my phone to showed her, and she created permanent eyeliner just like my wedding day, so now I look like that every day, even when I first wake up! I’m so pleased with my brows & eyeliner! It’s been several years and they are still beautiful. I may have bad hair days, but I’ve never had a bad makeup day since going to Alba’s Permanent Cosmetics.
