Great employees overall!! The doctors that have seen me are transparent and honest which I truly respect. They will advise you on best plans of actions for your health and are not always focused on the money aspect of their work. Great overall and I’m glad to have found such an amazing clinic after 4 years of not having been to one, let alone had a physical or primary care physician. Thank You Vital Family Practice Center!!!

It is never fun to be sick, but I am grateful to Dr. Yen and his staff for being accessible when I have needed him over the phone. On December 31, I tested positive for Covid, and I was very sick at home. I was not sure what to do next and called Dr. Yen who replied shortly after my message checking my symptoms and suggesting a treatment. He also put me at ease since I was worried because of my age. He called the prescriptions in to the pharmacy, and I made arrangements for a friend to pick it up and bring it to me. The Vital Family Practice office has the best medical and administrative staff in all of Dallas. They have been very professional, ethical and above all they provide great processes for their patients. They are kind and very careful in all their processes, I highly recommend them. They genuinely care about your health and well-being, I had the best experience with the nurse how take care about me and the doctor, very sweet and kind lady’s of all them.
