I like my doctor, and so far, the staff has been fine. The big problem is you can't get an appointment if you are sick. They seem to only want to do well visits and re-issue prescriptions. Frustrating when you are sick and unable to get an appointment to see your doctor, or her NP.

Dr. Peter Cao is my primary physician, who I've have been going to for years. He is a excellent physician. He listens to everything you tell him and even remembers things I have related to him. The health app is easy to navigate and your health info is readily available to you. All staff and support are wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone.
As a patient, if you want the best Physician in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth metroplex, that would be the Dr. Sharon Tucker. She is top notch! Dr. Tucker, please don’t ever leave or retire from BS&W!
