The initial wait time was a bit daunting of no fault of staff. Very high volume location. The staff was very welcoming & efficient while performing their duties. Impressed with how I was cared for. Will use this location again for future appointments.

Excellent staff, very courteous extremely patient with the customer. I'm not the most tech savvy person, still the young lady took time with me, even sent emails for me. To all at Nova Medical, thank you!

Nice staff. Friendly.I had to wait a long time. People that came in after me, were called in before me, until I kindly went to the front desk and asked when I'd be called back.The chairs in the waiting area were VERY uncomfortable. Very.Overall, it got the job done. Drug test for my employer.
