I had a great experience at Concentra thanks to Ejiah. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Ejiah made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The ENTIRE staff put up with my coming in and out of the office for days trying to take care of my business. They were always super helpful and uplifting even though I was not prepared in the slightest. I will be back with any future needs just due to the amazing staff and environment they create.

Even though I spent almost three hours at the center, her demonstration of hospitality and care, compensated more than enough for the length of time I was there. Concentra, you must very lucky to have a staff like Ajiah at the 635-East location in Mesquite, TX.
