I’m very particular about my nails. I like the works and everybody can’t do what I like but I’ve been coming here for about a year now and let me just say Jenny NEVER disappoints!! I drive from Fort Worth to see her so that should tell you!
I am a faithful customer here and my experience is usually the best until this most recent encounter. I had came in for a soak off and a new full set , and was sat at station 5, which I thought was Brenda’s chair ( from previous visits that was usually her work station). Which in that moment was fine for me because usually Jenni or Bryant does my nails and Brenda has done them before too. Instead it was the bigger guy that sits next to Brenda , which he’s done my nails before too but every time he’s done them my nail has either split down the middle or it’s been crooked. So it was a hard pass for me once he started cutting off my nails and started the soak. So...read full review
