I have been going to this nail shop for almost 10 years. Even after moving far north to the Celina/Prosper area... I elected to take the drive. Karen is patient, kind, and values her customers. She literally remembers many of us by name! Her skillset is top tier and she communicates exceptionally well. Many other techs in the shop have great skill as well! My suggestion to any new customer is... COMMUNICATE what you want clearly from the start and UNDERSTAND that this establishment honors their appointments to the best of their ability... this means if you walk in, you may see others walk in AFTER you and still receive service BEFORE you... as they should. My go to nail place! Karen the main gal is amazing! She knows every customer’s name that walks in and what they want. They get you in and out. My go to guy is Ken. He works fast and is awesome! The set always lasts longer than any other place. I will keep coming here
