First time ever calling them. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely nice. They worked me in on short notice, the technician was nice, knowledgeable, and had my issue addressed very quickly. They will be my first call for HVAC issues now.
Our A/C was not cooling. Brad came and serviced our A/C. His service was quick and very efficient and for a fair price. I appreciate that they are a Merkel business.
Dwayne does his best to give the best service possible every time I go there. James and the staff are always polite friendly courteous and professional. They know that you're truck is your business and always try to get you back out on the road as fast as possible. I think Dwayne for always going the extra mile to try to make my success his first priority.

Our driver had a catastrophic situation down the road from this location. From the initial consultation to the ordering of parts and the installation of all the parts, Southern Tire Mart well exceeded our expectations!! They went above and beyond what we would expect from any shop, even offering to go out and recover the rims and tires to see what could be salvaged.
Armando was invaluable in helping us navigate this situation! He was able to track down all the parts we needed and he even played an integral role in the installation of everything! We cannot express enough just how grateful we are for Armando and his entire team at Southern Tire Mart!!
