“When we first started at Zoom Room, I was a little hesitant. I knew the investment would be worth it, but with a shelter rescue pup, my confidence in the ability to help her develop wasn't quite there.

With the guidance of the trainers, my husband and I have learned how to effectively communicate with our dog so she can thrive. What started with obedience classes. That turned into trying small breed play group, which turned into pup-lates, which turned into reserving space for her to have open gym, which will eventually turn into us trying more of the classes offered (e.g., agility, scent, etc.). Watching our dog's confidence grow ahs been life-changing.

We even gave the Halloween event a try this year. I'm not sure who had more fun...the humans or the dogs...but it was a wonderful event filled with support of each member there and gentle guidance from each instructor present.

Having had three dogs pass away last year, being at Zoom Room with our newest fur baby has been the healing we didn't know we needed.

Ms. Wendy, Ms. Laura, and Ms. Madison have become household names. Roxy knows when she's going to Zoom Room. She gets so excited in the parking lot and upon entering the space. Knowing there's a place where the staff loves and cares for your pets as much as you do makes the experience of each class that much more special.“

“Best grooming experience we’ve had! My two poodle mix dogs require a lot of care with their coats and having just moved to the area we needed a new groomer and found PetSuites. They did a phenomenal job, even took pictures of the dogs to share with me, and they looked amazing, smelled wonderful, and were happy! You can’t ask for better, especially because one of my dogs can get anxious and has caused other groomers to have to stop the process and try again the next day to finish. We didn’t hear any issues from our wonderful groomer and I think that says a lot about the kindness and care of the groomer! Safe to say we’ve found out go-to groomer and will be coming back for our next salon day!“
