Our dog is an anxious one in new places, taking a bit of time to warm up and build confidence. Because of this, he was rejected from another doggy daycare place because he was "too shy". We were so sad that he wouldn't have a place to go on long work days until we found Ultimutts. From the start, everyone was so nice and accommodating with our pup's anxious temperament. They took time to love on him in the lobby before slowly walking him back to the play yard. When back there, they took time letting him get comfortable with the large group of dogs, even moving him to the small pup area if he got overwhelmed in the process. Please note: My review was left before the property was sold to 2nd Family, and is sadly no longer applicable. We have been back once since and things have clearly changed, though I haven't seen enough to decide whether or not that change is good.--I had the pleasure of working here for nearly two years. If you are looking for a place that genuinely treats your pet as their own, this is your place. I spent 4 years in the animal industry across several different businesses and none have held the standard that UltiMutts does. Lynn and Marisa treat both customers and dogs with utmost respect. I genuinely wouldn't trust anybody else with my dog.

Have been taking my dogs here for almost 2 years every time we need to board them. Their stays have been exceptional. They come home happy and well taken care of. The staff calls with any concerns during their stay and their treatment of my two pups has always been incredible. They go above and beyond. My older girl needs some extra love and care and they never hesitate to provide that. The facility is clean and updated. The rooms they stay in are spacious and well kept. I refuse to take my dogs anywhere else. 1000/10 stars in every area.
