“We had water damage to our wood floors and walls and found out our entire flooring needed to be taken out. Owner, Colin and his team came in and made the process seamless. They consulted with us about new flooring options, new base boards, new paint, new guest bath vanity and guest room carpet then went to work. They checked in with us constantly and made sure we were up to date on every step taken. They were also extremely helpful with the insurance company and made that process much easier for us. “The wife is the ultimate do it yourselfer, but she wants a game plan and specific instructions before tackling a project. This is where Floyd came in. Due to the distance of our home from local areas another ubuildit recommended Floyd and we were a bit far for him as well. But after a good conversation he came on board as a consultant and gave us the BIBLE for building a home. And he also made the drive out on three separate occasions to inspect our build for us to make sure everything was good. If you’re planning to build a home you definitely want the Bible that Floyd has put together. He was available via text all day and everyday to answer any questions and my wife definitely ask a lot of questions.
