I heard of top notch from a coworker. Her hair was beautiful long layers with fringed bangs. She gave me the address and name of the stylist. Nine months later I decided to give this place a try. It wasn't too hard to realize whom the stylist is in here! I'm very particular about stylist, since the last time I went outside of my normal stylist, had botched my hair. Teresa is confident, experienced, and skilled. While I waited for her, she had someone in her chair. I observed how she took care of them, she was personable and tentive to their instructions. I finally made it to get chair fifteen minutes. I went over what I wanted her to do. I appreciated her feedback afterwards....read full review
