PSA McKinney is a facility that offers large open spaces and convenient parking. It is relatively easy to find, with bathrooms located at the front. However, some visitors have reported issues with crowding and safety, particularly in the parking lot. There are concerns about scheduling, as events can lead to maximum capacity. Parents have expressed dissatisfaction regarding the organization of youth soccer programs, including delays in jersey distribution and limited practice sessions. Overall, while the facility has potential, improvements in management and organization are needed.
The facility is great, the staff at the cafe is filled with youth on their cell phones. Unfortunately, they care more about conversations with each other vs the guests. But I don't go there for the snacks, I go because of the gym. The gym itself is great! I can't speak for other sports outside of volleyball, but it's clean, well-managed and organized. I sign up my child for several summer camps but won't be back for spring break camp. It was a snoozer and by snoozer, I mean literally her volleyball coach was asleep at the table when I checked my child in. Live and learn, but don't bother going for spring break if you have another choice, take it.
Complete and utter pandemonium. I witnessed a guy ram a parked car in the lot as a result of trying to race another parent to a coveted spot. As in improvement, I would encourage the administration to schedule games a bit more spaced out so that the place is not so crowded. To be fair, I am from rural east Texas (tend to deflect from crowded areas) but it seems both the parking lot and the building were at max capacity last weekend.
My daughter is playing indoor soccer there and I am not happy, i expected better . She has played two games ( games started Nov 30th next game is 7th Jan and we have No jersey) , we payed for the jersey still no jersey, her team has 11 players , difficult for all the players to get a chance to play …. There has only been one practicing session which was not indoors and the ground was not maintained at all ….serenity park near Wolford .elementary, no lights .
