Darrel is a Scam artist please DO NOT send this man money up front ! He will block you from every number you call him from ! I trusted the service because of the good reviews but I now know they are fake ! I sent him 300$ for a mobile repair service he called me back pushing me to pay up front after I told him I would shop around for a the best price , but he said the prices would go up quickly and I thought I was getting a deal! after 4 days he told me I had to drop my computer off to him and I wasn’t comfortable with that because that wasn’t the agreed service so I politely asked for a refund and he said “there isn’t any money” and that I had to wait until the parts came so he could send them back .I waited a week and he said the parts were lost . Then another week and he said he would call me back and refund me , then a few days and he yelled at me , then a few more days and he would block me. I paid him via Zelle on 6/23/22. It is now 10/26/22 and I’ve called him from around 30 different numbers all getting blocked when I ask for my money back. He says “what’s your order number , what was this issue? , oh let me get with the other technicians” THEN BLOCK. The police are now investigating him ! I just don’t want him to do this to anyone else.

I engaged Darrell Elliott’s services to repair my laptop on Feb 12, 2022. I can verify he fixed my laptop. I sent $300 electronic payment to him via Zelle at his guidance. Chase confirmed receipt. He then drove back to my house and said his girlfriend “locked me out of that bank account. Can you please write a check and I will pay you back on Tuesday?”. On his word, and hearing in his voice a difficult personal situation, I wrote a check for another $300. Sadly, I must report, it is now May 28th and he has not repaid the cash advance. I have heard every excuse. What saddens me most is I trusted his character and had faith in his word. He can do the work, it’s too bad, be careful of remittance. He fooled me.

Darrell was very nice and helpful. Seeing how I called on a Saturday evening. He completely my issue and they were affordable since I was strapped for cash. Thanks again PC Repair Network
