I recently had my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active break, and could not power the device on at all. I wanted to try and recover the data from the device, and had reached out to four separate phone repair shops, and directly to Samsung in order to find a solution to the issue, all to no avail. I was told by everyone that I was out of luck, and that the data on the device was lost. I brought the device into IFIXHUT, and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue, which was a simple battery replacement, and order me a new battery in order to power the device. Less than 24 hours from ordering the battery, they had the new battery installed, and my data transferred from my old phone to my new one. I cannot stress enough how professional and knowledgeable both Nick and Kay are. They were able to quickly fix an issue that even the manufacturer was unwilling to attempt to fix. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for any time of electronics repair or data recovery. Will definitely be keeping them on speed dial whenever the next issue inevitably arises!
