I love everything about this place from the front office to the doctors and the decorations. The front office girls are always very efficient and welcoming. I was always greeted immediately after I open the front door. They are always clear on how much I have to pay and always helpful when I have insurance questions. The place is always super clean, and the decors are modern and gorgeous. They have gaming stations for little ones while waiting. This office has many stations to see multiple patients so you don't have to wait very long before being seen. The doctors are all so knowledgeable and caring. My first doctor was Christine Coughlin, and she was so kind and helpful. I knew I'd need a lot of dental work done and it's extremely overwhelming both mentally and financially. She calmed me down and helped me come up with a plan that's just right for me, and they offer many options to pay for the treatment. My second Dor is Dr. Vinhson Nguyen who is so skillful and knowledgeable. He was very gentle and caring. Not once did he make me feel like I was just a job to him. He made sure to ask me how I was feeling throughout the whole process (new crowns and cleaning of decay which is very close to my nerve). He personally called me to check up on me. WOW. I broke my temporary crowns because I would grind my teeth very hard while sleeping and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule that day. They stayed way past closing time just to make sure I'd be okay and pain free. All I have to say is I feel grateful to have this group of people to care for me, so I'm not sure how they would ever get anything but !!!! Thank you guys!!
