My family and I have been going here for approx 9 years now since we moved to the area. We've never had an issue with them, and always felt that they've only proposed work that we needed rather than what was an unnecessary upsell for them. There's a level of trust there that they have our back that I hope we never lose.They seem to look after staff well with good amounts of time off, and its noticeable that some of the staff have been there the entire 9 years. Thats a good sign to me that its a happy working environment, and that spills over onto how patients are treated.

I wish I was good with names but I’m not lol! It doesn’t matter anyways, because the entire staff was pleasant to deal with! Everyone was so nice, informational and the experience was good and to the point! I came around this time last year and had the same exact experience. Highly recommend!

Doctors and all staff is so nice.they are very caring welcoming people. They treat every patient with same respective friendly manners. When I visit clinic I keep forgetting about severe pain.Thank you Doctors and smiling team at Arte dental office Mckinney
